Lauren and Garret are so easy going, we loved how laid back and relaxed their wedding was. They got married in Latham New York, at the Pruyn House, this massive gorgeous old thing that had us geeking out the moment we walked in. We can’t tell you how often we’re shoved in some dungeon of a bridal suite or hotel room, so many venues the bridal suite is an after thought and is even sometimes located in the basement without natural light at all. So when they told us we could use the whole first floor of this gigantic old mansion with huge windows, gorgeous architecture, furnishings, and Lauren all gussied up in her wedding dress, we totally geeked. The whole place is a gem, and Lauren and Garret’s details went so perfectly with their venue. We had a blast photographing their wedding, and we hope it looks as enchanting as it was that night for these two!
