Hannah + Kristie’s Vintage Picnic Engagement

I do not want to play favorites with our couples, because we love each of them in separate ways, but there is something about Hannah and Kristie that clicks so completely well with us. Perhaps it’s the trust we’ve built, the kind you form over too many drinks and a game of Egyptian Rat Screw (which is the most deadly card game on the planet, it requires the removal of rings and brass knuckles). Or perhaps it’s the plans we’ve made to have children at the same time so we can drink and let our kids frolick in the yard together. There’s a theme going here, but I promise we’re not a bunch of drunks. But we love these two, and so when their friend who was supposed to take their engagement pictures fell through we were more than excited that we were going to get to do them after all. Hannah found this gorgeous location near the Northampton dog park, and went as far as calling the people who owned the property to make sure it wasn’t going to be mowed before we could us it. It couldn’t have been better for the vintagey feel these two wanted. Their wedding is at Quonquont Farm next May, and we have absolutely no doubt it will be so gorgeous as Hannah has a knack for all things DIY Pinterest. We can’t wait to share that day with you, gentle readers (it’s late, okay?) in the not so near (gah, 10 whole months!) future. But for now, hopefully this will tide you over.
