The super creative Emily and Jeff didn’t disappoint with their Essex river cruise wedding. They chartered a boat that took them through the twisty river to a little island in the middle of nowhere (and by nowhere I mean it actually disappears a few times a day with the tides and says you’re standing in water when you look at your phone GPS) where they had their gorgeous ceremony. It was a very intimate affair with around 30 of their closest friends and family, and you could just feel the love from everyone in attendance.
Did we mention the sun was shining? Something we couldn’t believe as it had been raining all. week. long and was forecast to continue that day. But by some stroke of fortune it held off till the very end of the wedding. The whole thing was absolutely perfect. The two totally get the most creative award ever, for this part of their ceremony where they took two little Lego houses, dismantled them, and put them together as one house. You know, to signify the joining of their houses? SO adorable, right? After the ceremony, on the boat ride back to Shea’s restaurant where they were to have their reception, Jeff played his guitar and man is he good. We totally get it, Emily.
Emily and Jeff, thank you so much for including us on your awesome day. We had so much fun (our jobs are so tough, right? Cruising around and taking pictures of people in love) and we hope that these pictures are everything you dreamed of.
