Snowy Maternity Session

So it’s been a little quiet around here, but I’ll have you know it’s for a very valid reason. If you follow us on social media you’ll already know all about this, and I’ve been meaning to blog about it for some time, but Shana and I are expecting our first child in the next month. We’ve busily been finishing up work as well as nesting and preparing for him to arrive, and I’ve totally neglected my blogging in all the chaos. But today, after waiting weeks for it to finally snow, we ventured out in the little unexpected snowstorm and shot my maternity photos. We honestly were concerned it may never snow before baby arrived, but luckily this storm shifted last night and came up a bit more our way. All the credit of these obviously go to my extremely talented wife, the only part I had in them was the the modeling and the editing (because overly-self critical, duh.) Afterward she snapped a couple of nude ones in the comfort of the warmth inside. I still can’t believe that any day now we’re going to have a tiny human in our care. We’re both so excited, and absolutely thrilled to share this amazing journey with you all!
