Oh god, I’m so happy for so many reasons that these two are up. I’m particularly sick of nearly bursting into tears every time I come across these two crying at each other, or their parents. You know there’s really good emotion at a wedding when your photographers cry not once, but twice over your wedding. Seriously though, Amanda and Christina’s wedding was nothing short of magical. They got married at one of the coolest places on the planet, Santarella, which looks a whole lot like a miniature Hogwarts when you look at it at the right angle, and the inside reception area could easily be a downsized Great Hall. This is obviously why Amanda and Christina chose it, as Amanda is nearly as nerdy (I’m pretty sure I would win this nerd contest) as I am when it comes to all things Harry Potter. It’s unbelievably peaceful there, nestled in the heart of the Berkshires, and there’s so many nooks you could get lost with a book in for hours. Amanda and Christina’s wedding was incredibly laid back and all kinds of fun, they had a Caricature artist there as Amanda is an artist as well. At no point did the day lack a million smiles and happy tears, and it’s days like those that Shana and I go to bed most incredibly content. Enjoy the happy!
